1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use ofSpeedy Socials, a social networking platform operated within the European Union. By creating an account or usingSpeedy Socials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are provided in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and are designed to be transparent, fair, and written in plain language.

2. Your account

To use Speedy Socials, you must create an account. When you do:

• You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age permitted by your member state's law). If you are under 16, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• Each person may create only one personal account. Duplicate or impersonating accounts may be removed.

3. Acceptable use

When using Speedy Socials, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal under EU or applicable member state law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, including rate limiting, access controls, or age-assurance systems.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or any form of deceptive or fraudulent activity.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the platform without authorisation.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Speedy Socials. By posting content, you grant Speedy Socials a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform, solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. It must not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

You can delete your content at any time. When you delete content, it is removed from public view. Content that has been reported or is subject to a moderation case may be retained as evidence for the duration of the case and any appeal.

5. Moderation and appeals

Speedy Socials maintains a moderation system to enforce these Terms and to comply with the Digital Services Act. Our moderation process is designed to be transparent, proportionate, and subject to review.

When we take action on content or an account, we will:

1. Notify you with a clear explanation of the reason, the content affected, and the action taken.
2. Provide a structured reason code, not just vague language.
3. Allow you to appeal the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator where feasible, and the original decision history is preserved in full.
4. Act without undue delay when we become aware of illegal content, in accordance with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.

We publish regular transparency reports detailing moderation actions, appeals, and outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

TheSpeedy Socials platform — including its design, code, logos, and documentation — is the intellectual property of its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

If you believe content on Speedy Socials infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@eubook.eu with sufficient information for us to identify and locate the content.

7. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is a core part of Speedy Socials. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not build advertising profiles or use tracking cookies.
• We do not use behavioural profiling or algorithmic content ranking.

8. Limitation of liability

Speedy Socials is provided "as is" and "as available." While we take security and reliability seriously, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune to all security threats.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedy Socials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU or member state law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. When you do, your personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention schedule.

• You materially breach these Terms.
• Your account is used for illegal activity.
• Required by law or a court order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or new features. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform and give you a reasonable period to review before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may delete your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the EU member state in which the operator is established. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that member state, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your habitual residence.
